SCOTT HUGHEY
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Scott joins Green Star BCS as Chief Commercial Officer. Scott has over 20 years in the heavy civil and energy industries and led the sales organizations for some of the largest engineering companies in the energy, chemicals, and resources industry.
Most recently, Scott was Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Worley, a $10B+ Engineering, Procurement, and Construction provider, where he formed the Day 1 Sales and Marketing function and developed a culture of accountability and performance. Prior to Worley, Scott served as Senior Vice President of Solutions and Technology for Jacobs Engineering, where he led strategy implementation, the Jacobs Consultancy business, and a digital enterprise initiative. Additionally, throughout his career, Scott held a variety of leadership positions at KBR Technology, WorleyParsons, and Bechtel.
Scott holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and is based in Houston.
